I was so excited when I weighed this morning! Three more pounds gone. Three!! Unheard of. The cool part is that I had been resisting doing that slingshot week that Chris Powell writes about where you just do the carb day all 7 days of the week to reset yourself when your body becomes used to the cycling. Well, you really should do it every four weeks, but of course I waited 8 weeks because I had been losing and didn't feel like I was always following the program during those 8 weeks. Anyway, glad I listened and did it after the scale did not move for two weeks.
It also helped that I looked back at my blogs and saw that when I lost the most weight I was planning my meals for an entire day and entering it all in the tracker the night before. Gosh, does that work. I made sure to do that again this week. I had two free meals this week already so on Sunday I will have one meal of eat what I want..probably pizza...ha. Anyway off to get into my tracker what I am eating today.
