What a wonderful start to a day: a great breakfast! Today, I am struggling..my back is really sore...my left arm is..... well...feeling rather weak(just a flare up)..my body feels icky...Iwill NOT get sick! Ihave had my flu shot...am eating much healthier and have not become overtired,etc. I will, however, achieve goals today!! Last evening, upon shoppingwith a neighbor, that was REALLY STRESSFUL, I bought veggies, clementines, apples, some grapefruit and lean protien which all make for attainable goal setting and weight loss!! Today, I will reach the following goals:
