The frigid temps prevail, lots more snow this morning. We have errands to run today,, just around town.. I would not chance going up north since I hate having to brake for deer on the expressway. They will run right up to the shoulder of the road, stop,, tick-tock, you are about one block away and they suddenly jump out onto the roadway like your headlights are a sign for free salt licks!!!!

I have only hit one deer, but it had already been hit by the motor home ahead of me,, so awful to do...

This does not mean that we are any safer while driving within five miles of our home. The wild animals behind the wheel are worse than four legged beautiful animals. You would think we lived in Arizona the way they drive.. I mean, they act like it is warm, no snow or ice on teh roads, clear, sunny day.
They should sell tanks for us to drive during winter months,,
DD is still asleep, I have dishwasher to load, papers to sort, tax things to organize for mom's and my income tax appointments.
I dread going outdoors later this morning, but the mama bear needs to leave the cave...
