Tis Day 1 of the rest of my life, I have been a good girlie last week and watched what I was eating and tracked 80% of it. Consequently have managed to lose 2 pounds this week.
Have changed my nutrition page which now is set differently for my needs - did not know it would look different for a diabetic, instead of daily totals it got each meal - excellent. I am so pleased to see that, it will help me no end to see easily what I should be eating.
I have cut down my portion size of my usual breakfast cereal of porridge but looking on my newly revised sheet I have not eaten enough - lol oh dear, trial and error!
Addendum - Just realised that I will have to revise my Favourites Food list and add more nutrition information. The light went on when I saw the porridge and it had a zero for carbs !
