My opinion of water: wet, tasteless, makes things "watered down" and boring.
Yes, I know it's good for you.
It's good for washing, keeping your body hydrated, boiling or steaming food, and for making some instant food, and so on...
CAPECODBABE's recent blog inspired me to drink more water.
I don't like drinking plain water unless I'm really warm, which I'm not right now. But I know it's good for me, and my long term goal is to adopt more healthy habits, replacing the poor ones. And like other changes, I want to ease into this. Maybe I'll start using less and less flavoring in my water. But being cold is tough, and I really don't like herbals teas at all.
Anyone have some tips for getting more water in?
