A new year

I haven't blogged for a while, but I have been trying to find ways to lead a healthy life. For Christmas I got a fitbit, which is kind of neat. It tracks my steps and syncs with spark so less information to enter. My challenge right now is tracking what I eat. I do good until about suppertime. Then I find I'm too tired to care. Maybe it doesn't matter as I know I'm not hitting my goals. After typing this I'm thinking maybe I, again, need to step back find one small goal I can work on. Success with a small goal might help me make it to the next. I know I should focus on drinking enough water. Just been too cold to focus on water....brrr!
