Here we are at the end of week 3. It has been a really good week. I have 1 more day in week 3 of the C 2 5k program that I am doing, and it is going very well. I managed to exercise all 6 days that I had planned, and was able to eat within my range.
I am noticing that I am feeling better, sleeping better too.
The next week should be just like this past one, I don't have any evening meetings, which generally interfere with my ability to exercise as they are usually a 3 hr round trip commute.
