I don't know why I have to keep coming back. I wish I could stay on the track without falling off but I do and I did again. So here I am ready to rty again. This time I was only a few weeks so that is good.
I am ready and motivated to get started. I am going to try to take things slow and not expect to lose fast. I want to change things for good not to just lose and gain it all back.
My goal for Feb. Is to be more active and do ST 3 time a week. I plan to track my food and write everything down. So here is to Feb.
