Day 4

This is Thursday. I once again forgot to blog.
Dropped girls off at school. Went to breakfast with hubby. Had egg whites with peppers tomatoes and onions with hash browns. Did a few things. Picked up girls from school. Today was our workout at church. Wow was it cold outside. Got 15,000 steps in. We did the 3 rd DVD in the slim in 6 series. Wow it was a doozie. I could do the moves I have practiced at home and the ones that are like walk away the pounds. I am not getting on the floor sorry its a bit hard to get up. I used the pole for push-ups and things. Crunches I stood and brought top half down to me leg while standing. We did yoga at the end I could do some of the yoga pretty well. I was surprised. Nice to know this big body can do a few things

You can do it so don't be too hard on yourself and try to enjoy the journey to better health. You are staying active and working out so give yourself a big high five
