I know this is a strange time to post a WUB, but I want as many points as I can get for my BLC since my weight went completely wacky this week :/
So for my fitness plan, I'm going to try to keep doing what I have been doing:
M-F: Walk for 34 mins during my lunch break at work (about 1.5 miles), then do WATP 2 mile brisk walk when I get home
Sat: Do 3 mile advanced WATP walk
This week has been a little screwy since I didn't get my WATP done on Thursday, but I'm going to do a dance party tomorrow night to make up those calories burned.
I think my body was happy I took a day off of WATP yesterday, even though I kind of probably made it up already, walking an extra 20 mins after work yesterday and an extra 20 before work today, with a full backpack on.
I guess my goals for this week will be to keep on truckin! Make sure I get my water each day and try to be mindful of when I'm hungry and not hungry. I know they're not the best goals ever, but it's late and I need to get to bed soon haha.
