I hit my target last week and now have 9lb to go! There was a lot of unscheduled/undocumented snacking though which I need to curb. I find it difficult when baking not to kick the spoon etc... I know I need to stop this if I want my weight loss to continue on track particularly as I am getting to the last bit which apparently is always the hardest to lose. I can't wait until its only 7lb... That's all I can say!
