Dear BF

You are doing great!

Sometimes our feelings do not match up with our actual activity and accomplishments. We tend to be too hard on ourselves or too critical.

Great strides can be made and wonderful progress can be attained by doing pretty well instead of aiming for perfection and then feeling discouraged because the workout or food plan was not executed perfectly.

We are not professional athletes and a moderate food plan and exercise routine with pretty good compliance will get us far.

Until we reach the point of professional athlete, we do not have to eat and train like an athlete.

You are getting in better shape and eating a little better every day. If there is a setback, it is not a death sentence or failing grade for your whole program.

You are making progress. Note your highlights and accomplishments. Make positive thoughts crowd out negative thoughts. Acknowledge where there is room for improvement and then move on , back on track.

You can sustain a high degree of momentum. It can be tough sometimes, but persevere and you will be rewarded with a firm and strong body. You will be able to do all the activities you envision and dream about doing now, sooner that you realize. Consistency is the key to your energetic, powerful self.

You can do it! Don't let a bump in the road derail you. Stay strongly committed and get the job done! You can do it and you are amazing!
