Ways to Increase (part of wk 7 Goals)

As Promised here are the 2 ways i will increase my ST and the 1 way i will increase Cardio or spice it up!

1. Bought 2 x 5lb Dumbells for more ST and will add them to my Zumba workouts for a better all around workout!

2. Will do Toning while on the stationary bike with the new dumbells!

3. Bought a Jillian Micheals Kickbox Fast Fix DVD! it has 3 x 20min workouts 1 upper body, 1 lower body and 1 overall abs! Will definately wanna kick this into high gear! Might even go back and get the Shed and Shread one i saw too only 12.99 at superstore in the wellness isle! WOOHOO!

4. Will also find a way to add my resistance band into my bike and zumba workouts as well!

    I had fun with the zumba wii. Videos are a nice change.
