Woo Hoo! Lost one inch from each of my measured areas

Slow at losing weight right now, but after taking measurements this evening, I found that I had lost one inch from my upper arms, one inch from my calves, one inch from my thighs, one inch from my hips, and one inch from waist - since January 1st. Love it! OK - I CAN KEEP IT UP & I WILL KEEP IT UP!

    I promise you - it will happen - as long as you stick with Spark People. I lost 65 lbs before, then gained 30 when I quit doing their exercises (just the exercises), but now I am on my way again & this time I am going to keep moving. I know that is what has been wrong all along. Also, when I first gained it, it was because I wasn't eating enough, based on the calories I was burning while remodeling & building our home & doing the heavy landscaping (earth movement by shovel & wheelbarrow). So there has to be a happy compromise with your food & your exercise. Go get 'em girls - you, too, can do this!
