It seems like the stressors are finally slowing down. It is time to regroup and return to normalcy. I plan to resume my regular trips to the gym tomorrow. I've just been so drained emotionally that it took quite a toll on my energy levels. By the time I finished seeing patients, I was too drained to consider doing anything but getting home safely.
I overslept today, which is a rarity. I don't use an alarm clock as I strongly believe that being 'shocked by noise' isn't the healthiest way to start the day.
I have refocused from thinking 'it's n bad year', to 'it was a rough start but this too shall change'.
