It seems like the stressors are finally slowing down. It is time to regroup and return to normalcy. I plan to resume my regular trips to the gym tomorrow. I've just been so drained emotionally that it took quite a toll on my energy levels. By the time I finished seeing patients, I was too drained to consider doing anything but getting home safely.
I overslept today, which is a rarity. I don't use an alarm clock as I strongly believe that being 'shocked by noise' isn't the healthiest way to start the day.
I have refocused from thinking 'it's n bad year', to 'it was a rough start but this too shall change'.

Hope you were able to exercise to refresh yourself today! But indeed get some more rest to let your body recover from all the stress of the past few weeks. Take Care!!!

I am trying very hard to adopt your ways. Not about the clock, or I would never be on time for work, BUT optimism and gratitude.. thanks...
