C25K Week 4 DONE!

I did it! I'm halfway through the Couch to 5K program! (that's what the iPhone app tells me, anyway) I did look at the clock counting down during the run portions, quite a few times, I admit....but I finished!

I still don't know what that "Runner's High" is....maybe I have it now, since it feels REALLY good to have accomplished it.
