Day 12

Friday, January 25, 2013

So today went about like yesterday. I am not sure how many calories I took in. I just didn't feel like I wanted to track them after a point. But I am telling myself to get with it right now and going to start again right now.

Hang in there the both of you. The big pay off will come one day.
    Good luck.

I find that tracking everything, even if I go over, is the best way to see what I'm doing, whether it be good or bad. Some days are better than others, but being honest with yourself makes you stop and think about what you're doing more often. Keep on Sparkin'!

When you don't feel like tracking is when you have to go into auto-pilot. We all have good and bad days, but we can't let it become an excuse not to do what we know what we have to do. Our lives depend on it. God only gave us one body, how we choose to treat it is up to us.

This is a roller coaster ride we're all on. You're going to have many ups and downs. Days where you're all gung-ho, and others where you're wondering why you should even try. Just do what you can on the off days, and give it your all on the good days. Before you know it the good days will surpass the off ones
