Time for some weekend structure:
Saturday - 4 Mile Long Run
Upper Body and Abs
Sunday - 4 Miles, Moderate Pace (10:30 min miles)
Have to do back to back runs for now. I don't like doing that, but I'm doing what I can do right now.
Keeping up with my clean eating and looking to try out some more new recipes :)
