Tonight consisted of the Biggest Loser walk 1 and 3. I began walk 1 but kept getting interrupted. I stopped having completed 1/4 of it, and came back to it later in the evening, beginning from the beginning. I was tired by then, but just knew I had to do it, or tomorrow I might not do it. Walk 3 is more of jogging and jumping jacks and sprints in place. I didnt want to make a lot of noise, so I actually completed it with my shoes off. I still worked up a good sweat. I think I will sleep quite well this evening.
