FFF Challenge Week 14

This week we had to detox our bodies this week. I decided to detox by drinking water on day 1. I used a filter and drank so much water that I had to make so many extra trips to the ladies room.

Day 2 I tried a green tea which was great but made me feel empty. I normally drink regular tea but trying the green tea was great.

Day 3 I went back to the water again and I drank more water than I did on day 1. I think my entire day was spent making those trips to the ladies room.

I believe itís great to cleanse the body sometimes because we put so many processed and unhealthy things in our bodies. I have also been doing the fruits and veggies on the days I didnít detox my body.

    I agree with POOKIE!! I think of it as an added exercise benefit. Way to go on completing the challenge!!

    hahahahaa yes I think I used an extra roll of TP that day also !! I did really enjoy my fresh lemons and that was a 'treat " for me.... I don't usually buy and or have those at home !!

    -POOKIE- has the right idea! I didn't even think of that "extra" benefit to the detoxing program. More daily steps! emoticon emoticon
Great job this week! I love that you did more than just one day. All that water helps carry away the toxins that your body is realizing when you're burning up all that fat, like you've been doing. You are doing such an AMAZING job on your healthy and fitness journey! I'm so inspired by all that you're accomplishing. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Bathroom trips? Did it involve extra stairs? Thats a sneaky way to get in more exercise too!
