No matter what I do, I always find myself coming back to SP when it comes to staying healthy. Since my last Blog in July I have stayed busy and active. I am still teaching Spin classes at 5:30 am 2 days a week. I did the Bisbee 1000 stairclimb in October. A week later, I did a dual-Athlon. Finished 2nd to last but I did it! Lady weekend, I did my first. Half marathon. Best confidence builder ever. I know I can do a marathon and finish it...I t won't be very fast but I will finish it. Since November I have added yoga to my routine. I'm not very flexible but it helps me run.
On an added note, one of the Internet sites my blu-ray player has is Sparkrecipes!
