Quiet Before the Storm

Friday, January 25, 2013

Yesterday, I said it had been a couple of quiet days. Well, things could change.

I was tired this morning because of having a late night conference call with my sisters and dad. There is a major situation going on with my mom's brothers and sisters which involves us because of mom's estate. It could really erupt into a "firestorm". We are praying for wisdom -- there is not much else we can do as the major portion/decision is out of our hands.

I finished a couple of projects today....
--the quilting on my granddaughter's quilt -- now I just need to bind it.
--end of 2012 daycare receipts prepared for taxes

3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day emoticon 3 servings

And in the past, would that stress have triggered an eating frenzie? You didn't succumb! Congrats!

Praying that all works out Carrie. I do understand what you mean about a "storm" coming. Will also cross fingers, toes, send good vibes, and praying that it is just a "little" blow and not a full "storm." ((HUGS))
