Dr. Oz Green drink and a piece of almond toast
Greek yogurt smoothie made of nonfat greek yogurt plain, 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened, frozen berries , Stevia and a veggie patty.
deli chicken, salad, tomato bisque soup, pita chips.
Okay...will add to it later.
The first two meals above are NOT dinners. They can be lunch, breakfast, or even a snack! ESPECIALLY when I am on the go.
But...time to add more to this list....hmmmmm
Chicken tacos made with deli chicken and stir fry veggies
Omelet made with avocado and lots of fresh veggies...oh and perhaps some of that leftover chicken!!
