As of yesterday I started a 30 day challenge through BodyRock. Yesterday was a fitness test that will be repeated at the end of the 30 days. It is a series of 12 exercises that you do one at a time for 50 seconds on, 10 seconds break, then move onto the next exercise, etc. So in it's entirety it takes 12 minutes and it whooped my butt!! Today's workout was 4 exercises that you did 50 seconds on, 10 seconds off, just like yesterday, only you do 3 rounds since there are only 4 exercises. Again that's a total of 12 minutes (although I took short breaks between rounds) and seriously, I am wiped!! Never did I expect 12 minutes to kick my butt like this. I'm going to need to add a little cardio or something in soon, but for now I just want to get the ball rolling on regular workouts and I can increase them as my endurance increases. I put on some poundage and I need to take it back off!!
