After getting frustrated about not losing weight. I decided that it was my fitbit causing the problem. Well I decided not to listen to it telling me i needed to eat more calories. I went back to the way I was doing things before. I figured out roughly what I am supposed to be eating by things I have read on the internet. And this week I lost 2 pounds! Thank God I was starting to get discouraged.

Thanks everyone it feels great to finally get closer to that 200 mark. Its been about 10 years since I have been under 200. Atleast I think I cannot remember how much I weighed back then.

Great! I also have been at a plateau for 4 months. Very frustrating. Just this week, I upped my intensity of exercise with starting the Insanity exercise program. I am hoping this moves the scale. I also just decreased my calorie intake by 100 cals per day.

I also just got a fitbit for xmas. I will have to explore the fitbit site more to see how to use it.

Thanks for the info and Congrats!

I also found I didn't want to use the calorie projections from my fitbit. I kept the same calorie range from Sparkpeople that was working before. I do have to say that I'm moving much more than I was before, and weight is coming off faster than I told fitbit that I wanted to lose it. For me the fitbit was very worth the price. I hope you find it so, too.

It can be frustrating when the scale just won't budge.
Glad you figured out what was going on!

I'm sure that loss has motivated you!

    Make it a great day!

Very Cool....congratulations.....I was hoping you'd see movement. It can really grind on ones nerves when you work so hard and see nothing.
I'm going to take that as a good sign....
Best of luck this weekend also.
    You rock
