After getting frustrated about not losing weight. I decided that it was my fitbit causing the problem. Well I decided not to listen to it telling me i needed to eat more calories. I went back to the way I was doing things before. I figured out roughly what I am supposed to be eating by things I have read on the internet. And this week I lost 2 pounds! Thank God I was starting to get discouraged.
