I made it from Tuesday to Friday. Yeah, me! I actually worked out three of those days. I'm feeling better and sleeping better. (I got to sleep in because of the weather forecast, but didn't get to work out.) I do find I want to nibble today. That "need" to nibble is usually my downfall. Trying to curb that w/ water, a mini chocolate chip or two, and/or cup of green tea. The weekend should be a little more of a challenge...it's going to be pretty full w/ my son's ballgames, but we'll see.
