Today was our weigh in for the biggest loser contents at work. Last friday i weighed 157.8. I step on the scale this morning it said 155.8. I lost 2pds. I was a little disappointed about the 2 pds weight loss. i excepting to lose more. Since i been going to the gym and taking zumba classes i thought at least lose a little bit more than 2 pds. I been think i might be doing something wrong. Than i thought hey 2 pds lose is good for a week. (its better than gaining weight). I so i think i will try to stick with losing 2pd-3pds a week. I was trying to aim for losing 5pds a week. ( which is hard or me to do). Well next friday i will post another blog about the weigh in at work and i hope it will say more weight loss than gained. Wish me luck and if anyone has a suggestion for me feel free to tell me. I dont mind at all. i would to hear them.

    emoticon on your weight loss this week!! 2 pounds a week is FANTASTIC!! Sounds like you are doing everything right! Studies have shown that losing 1-2 pounds a week is the healthiest way to lose!!
