bad day on food

today was my day off from the gym, i am disappointed in my self with food choices, had 0 will power, today is a old day tom will be new and fresh, Mon is my WI day if i don't see a loss its my own fault, cant dwell on the bad just learn from it and move on, will make better choices tom....i went over by 400 cal

    no loss this wk, i made it to gym 5 days last wk, gained 2oz, i am hoping seeing trainer is working me hard and now started me on the endurance part its muscle i am gaining
