Just wanted to do an update and tell everyone I'm sorry for not being around!!!! I have been trying to figure out how to get over this plateau and figure out what will work, all while trying to get my mind to cooperate with the basics of not eating everything in sight just because I want it!
I finally forced myself to workout after work today. I bought the 30 day shred dvd on monday and still hadn't done it....so I did the first workout tonight. It was 20 minutes of horribleness! lol I could have done it no problem and would have wanted more this last summer, I feel like as far as working out I'm back at ground zero again....But It makes me want to keep doing it so I can get to where I was again! Simple things just hurt......thats why I haven't worked out because by the time I get off work my joints, back and feet hurt so much all I want to do is sit, and yes I know that if I just work out a little each day it will get better even after working, but I'm back at the beginning with working out, so it is what it is!
I plan on doing it 2mrw after work also and sunday and monday :) Ryan is going to do it with me on Sunday monday so that will def help to keep me going! I'm redoing my weight chart as soon as I get done with this blog with new goals and new rewards, and I'm actually going to put some notes in my woohoo jar! Everyone is doing sooo great! I've been catching up here and there and everyone's progress is really helping me to hang on this winter. I really hope spring comes early!

Because that would make me so happy!
January is almost over and I'm hoping I can make it out of this month under 230 but Im not sure that's gonna happen. But February is a brand new month and I intend on losing another 5 pounds. February plan is: I'm going to stick with the 30 day shred for at least the 30 days and then get another DVD so I don't get bored, and I'm upping the water intake and juicing again for breakfasts because I felt SO good when I would juice a few times a week! And trying to kick my sugar cravings again! February is going to be better than January and January really wasn't that bad..compared to what the old January's were.
