So today I decided to workout to the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout. It was intense! It was 55 minutes long and Jillian Michaels kicked my butt. But I pushed through it all because tomorrow is my weigh in and I really needed to push myself today. I did great on my food intake today. We had some leftover spaghetti for dinner and its always the best the day after. :) Here's my picture after working out and I feel great!
