Rest is what I needed!

I'm feeling a lot better today. Got a little spunk in my step!! So I added my cardio routine back on and managed to get through it. Maybe a couple days rest is what I needed.

The new job is going great. I just need to watch that I don't go back into those old bad habits of working all day with no breaks or extremely late lunches.

    yes you must take care of you first and remember that YOU are worth it !! If I ever let myself get too hungry( go to long without food ) then I just overeat like CrAzY !!
Not good !! I am so much better off to eat BEFORE I get hungry !!
