I'm feeling a lot better today. Got a little spunk in my step!! So I added my cardio routine back on and managed to get through it. Maybe a couple days rest is what I needed.
The new job is going great. I just need to watch that I don't go back into those old bad habits of working all day with no breaks or extremely late lunches.
