Consistancy is paying off.

I received a fitbit for Christmas and it has helped me to do physical exercise every day. My goal is 10000 steps daily, which I don't always get but it is something to shoot for. By being consistant with exercise and tracking I am finally starting to loose some weight. I am feeling healthy and stronger each day. Being consistant has always been a challange for me, but I will continue to work on this each and every day.

    The FitBit is addictive. I went for a run today and almost halfway through I realized I'd forgotten to wear the device. I wanted to stop go home and get it or just quit exercising. I had to remind myself that even if the Fitbit did not log the exercise, my body and mind would - so I finished the route.

    The only way I do 10k steps is to exercise. It should me how sedentary I was. It's amazing.
