I received a fitbit for Christmas and it has helped me to do physical exercise every day. My goal is 10000 steps daily, which I don't always get but it is something to shoot for. By being consistant with exercise and tracking I am finally starting to loose some weight. I am feeling healthy and stronger each day. Being consistant has always been a challange for me, but I will continue to work on this each and every day.
