My husband had some extra work come in, so we didn't leave on trip till yesterday afternoon; arrived at motel 3 a.m. this morning. I've been keeping with the 10 minute SP videos till yesterday, but did upper body routines in the bathrooms across the nation. I've got my laptop, so will try to do yesterday's and today's videos before going to bed.
Just woke up from restorative nap, sitting here in a stupor while I wake up enough to move. We had a good day. Rainy and chilly, but nice fresh air and fun to see new territory. Got some walking in yesterday, but so far none today.
1) Did you get at least 7 hours of sleep last night?
Almost! Didn't get up till 10 a.m.
2) Exercise at least 10 minutes a day
Did get out for a 30 minute walk. It was cold, but felt good to stretch my legs. Then yesterday's and today's jumpstart videos.
3) Nothing to eat after 8 p.m.
