I have been away from spark for quite sometime. Lets say, almost 2 yrs maybe trying to get my life and body straightened out, after having the baby. I managed to gain 30 lbs from the pregnancy. Three years later, I am STILL making plans to get rid of it. UGH!!!! Things are still a little crazy, but I can't put my weightloss goals on hold any longer. My New Year weightloss goals are as follows,
1. Lose 2- 3lbs a week using the spark program
2. Focus on my own personal pyramid of success:
FOOD/DIET: (Eating 5 small meals a day/Controling food portions and staying hydrated)
EXERCISE: (My Foundation-- reminding myself that no matter how many times I step on the scale, it will NOT budge an inch if I haven't put in all of the workouts that I need for the day, because diet alone just doesn't cut it.
3. Weight loss for the Month of January:
(I am finishing the month with an average of approx 1.5lbs a week. I have confidence that I can do even better on my goals next month)
4. Progress Photos for the month........
(In my minds eye, I can see and feel definition in my abs and arms, but the camera just doesn't show it right now. *SIGH*
