Today is my feline daughters, Lucy and Ricki's second birthday. I cannot believe that time has flown by so quickly!
They are such a part of the family now that we can't imagine not having them.

I am still working out the kinks (literally) of my back. I went for an hour massage today. This person was good and I feel pretty good now.
I walked on the treadmill a bit faster than I have in the last few days and that's a good sign. Usually when my back is out I can only walk very slowly.

I started juicing today and after 3/4 of the day had passed, I bagged it.
I guess I felt sorry for myself. I had a headache all day (probably from caffeine withdrawal) and was hungry. I decided to wait another week to start.

My reasoning - I have been eating too much emoticon and not enough emoticon . I haven't been tracking for a few weeks except on an occasional day and I can't exercise except for walking. I am down in the dumps about the whole thing so I couldn't talk myself out of it. emoticon

Tomorrow is another day and next week is another week. I know that I'll be stronger and happier once this back and chest pain goes and then I will take on this new challenge!

    I must say, I agree with you. You are going through so much right now with your back. I would give yourself a break. Try to eat healthy and leave it at that. That is just me. You deserve some love and care not pressure in my opinion. The time will come and you will be raring to go, challenging the world. It does not need to be today.

    I didn't track the whole month of December. I finally started tracking consistently this past week. It takes time to get bsck on track once you've fallen off. Keep working at it, you'll et there. I hope you cngetthe pain under control.

    Just take it one day at a time. I have been tracking (and exercising) quite sporadically myself.
