My Spark Journey started in July 2009.
I was 118 Kilos ..( I had lost 27Kilos previously on my own .
My Original weight was 145 Plus Kilos.
With Sparkpeople and My wonderful SparkFriends I was able to get down to 80 kilos .
Then I had another heart attack, this of course slowed me down and I was unable to exercise to the ability I had before ..
I am gradually regaining my strength and am increasing my exercise each week.
I can say without doubt, that without my wonderful friends and their support,
I doubt I would be alive today.
Sparkpeople have given me the tools and the encouragement to help myself.
But !! and it is a big But!.... Without all of you my Darling Sparkfriends I would have given up ages ago .
Now I have been criticised for being too open about what I do each day especially on the friend feed .. and I have been ridiculed for not explaining myself well enough ..
Well that is all behind me now, and I will continue to do this my way. Because it works .
Not only for me, but for others that love to hear from me ..
I also love to encourage everyone, and it is good to be able to use the friend feed as it gets to everyone..
This Photo was taken at my 70th Birthday Party in January, and as you can see, I still need to lose more weight ..
I have set my tracker to 80 Kilos and when I reach that I will reset it to 75 kilos, when I reach that it will be my desired healthy weight .
I say when, not if .. because I will succeed.
In the meantime, I will continue to eat well and exercise to my best ability ..

I am sorry if I offend any one by talking about myself ..
But as a Team Leader I feel we have to show the way ... and this is the only way I know that may give inspiration to you ..
