So I took half a melatonin last night to get to sleep at a reasonable hour. And now I'm feeling all sluggish and have no energy. It's not that I'm tired or sleepy, I just feel all pooped out. I really feel like I should take a nap because of the lack of energy I have. I haven't taken any melatonin in well over a year and now I remember why I don't. I really wish there was an easier way for me to fall asleep at a normal time at night, but since the melatonin isn't a good option I'm gonna have to try to find a better way to be able to get myself to fall asleep before the sun comes up.
