I have spent my whole life coming up with excuses not to exercise. There is no time, I am too fat to exercise, running gives me a headache, I have no coordination, my ankle hurts, my shoulder hurts, I don't have enough money to go to the gym, IT'S JUST TOO HARD!
These are only the tip of the iceberg! It is amazing how I always find time to: go out to eat, catch my favorite tv show, had money for McDonalds, had the strength to lift up Rottweilers at work...So really I was disproving my excuses EVERY day and just living in denial!
Since starting I have found time just about every day (I missed 4 days out of the month so far), I have a program that isn't "hurting" me. Yes, my size still makes exercise a little difficult but it is getting better every single day! I am coming to realize that I am MUCH stronger than my excuses. Exercise really does make me feel better! I have more energy, I sleep better, and I just feel more healthy! I really am looking forward to the future now, and I know it is gonna be a longer healthier one!
