I completed my second fast yesterday and this morning had lost another 1.5 lbs, so I am feeling pretty pleased with the progress. I didn't sleep so well last night so have felt tired and lethargic most of the day. Hopefully I will get a better night tonight. It doesn't seem to be the affect of the fasting though because I slept well on Monday after the first fast.
I split yesterdays fast into three and made a 50 calorie soup I could have at midday using just about 200 calories each for breakfast and evening dinner and this seemed to work quite well. Again I felt a bit hungry in the afternoon and again in the evening just before bed, but I had a hot herb tea each time and the feeling of hunger went.
With the results of this first week, I see no reason to stop this method and will be continuing in the hope that it keeps going like this.
