Friday, January 25, 2013

Monday: 60 minute am run and upper st, core workout

Tuesday: Walk the dogs 30 minutes, incline walking at gym, bootcamp 730 vv

Wednesday: 60 minute am run and upper st, core workout

Thursday: Walk the dogs 30 minutes, 530 core, cardio and more class, 630pm Yoga Victorville 24 hour fitness

Friday: 60 minute am run and upper st, core workout

Saturday: Turbo Kickboxing 930am vv (except feb 9th will be i heart zumba party)

Sunday: 830am body combat, 930am bodypump Fontana North 24 hour (this may be rest day depending on how i'm feeling)
