Lot's of sunshine out there. but the temps were bitter cold out there. I got in a walk today and got most of my other goals done. Yestarday I went over my calorie range, but stayed under the 2000 calorie range. Got all my other goals done though.
My goals for Friday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of houswork
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise
