Tired but I pulled through

All this week I have been very tired. I dont know what it is, maybe its the cold weather. Ive been doing my exercises BUT because Ive been so tired Ive half assed them. Well today I got my butt off the couch and I did 2 full videos. The 6 minute butt blasting and the bootcamp 9 minute core wkot. I put everything I had into those videos. During them I got a burst of energy and I felt great. Now I feel like going to sleep. That burst only lasted those 15 minutes.
This just proves that If I try and I can do. Now that my back is 100% better I dont have to be so nervous about trying to force myself to do better. I still listen to my body. Dont want to throw my back out again. Right now I want to work on my back and make it stronger. I am also working on my arms because I need those flaps gone.
Now I think Ill take a shower and relax with some water and watch the rest of Ellen.
