Tired but I pulled through

All this week I have been very tired. I dont know what it is, maybe its the cold weather. Ive been doing my exercises BUT because Ive been so tired Ive half assed them. Well today I got my butt off the couch and I did 2 full videos. The 6 minute butt blasting and the bootcamp 9 minute core wkot. I put everything I had into those videos. During them I got a burst of energy and I felt great. Now I feel like going to sleep. That burst only lasted those 15 minutes.

This just proves that If I try and I can do. Now that my back is 100% better I dont have to be so nervous about trying to force myself to do better. I still listen to my body. Dont want to throw my back out again. Right now I want to work on my back and make it stronger. I am also working on my arms because I need those flaps gone.

Now I think Ill take a shower and relax with some water and watch the rest of Ellen.

    I pushed myself very hard today, staging rooms (taking out every extraneous thing), straightening, cleaning, then taking pix and mailing them to the realtor. Let's see which ones he picks. Last time the realtor did the photos. I cleaned the house, then moved things to accomodate her. I liked her way better!
