Ok so I started my second class today and to my relief the instructor is 67 years old. I think he and I will get along famously. As he was telling us about himself he walked around the room and just as he go to the part about how he used to council people in nutrition he was looking rite at me like he knew what I was going for. I am sure he has no idea but It was odd.
He is a very nice man and seems to have a great sense of humor. I am very much looking forward to learning from him.
I have been going to the gym everyday. I have been doing the walk/ run split and today I decided because my right ankle is bothering me to only do the elliptical. I am hoping the lack of pounding from the running will help it to not hurt tomorrow. I don't want to cause damage just as I am getting into a rytheme.
My husband is pretty much still the same. He went to the dr. Last week and he has lost 3lbs his BP is coming down but he is still complaining about having craps in his arms and legs. He told the dr. And asked the dr to do some heart evaluation. Dr. Said there is no need. I feel bad for him. He never feels good always tired and frustrated. I am sure these symptoms are making him nervous because they are making me nervous.
I looked into the 1/2 Marathon for Disney for next year. It is already fully booked!!!! can you believe it. I was so bummed. But like I told my nephew I will keep working at it I am sure I will find something to run in. I don't want to take on anything like the NY marathon yet but I will one day. God willing I live ling enough to attempt it.
I even had a few of my friend agree to go with me. They have a Wine and Pasta marathon and family one also they are all booked.

    I'm sure you'll find the perfect marathon for you.. If you can't find one, you could do your own personal marathon and sign up for relay for life..
    As for your hubby, congratulations on his weight loss! Is he drinking enough water? How about trying a banana a day for the cramps or some gentle stretching exercises before he goes to sleep and when he wakes up in the morning?
