I have a brand new 11 week old son who is awesome! I'm on maternity leave for another 5 weeks and have the time to work out and plan my food. Once my job starts again, it's going to get very hectic. I'm scared that I will let this slide and I won't be able to keep up with exercise or healthy cooking.
My biggest challenge will be to balance taking care of my baby, quality time with my spouse, keeping up with my home, keeping up at work, and taking care of my fitness and health!
It'll take a lot of intention and planning..I do not want my fitness goal to fall to the wayside because I won't be a happy mommy or wife and another year will go by hating myself. I must put this first!
