As a former dancer from toddler to college graduate, this workout video I found on Spark seemed really interesting to me. It's only 17 minutes but WOW! I am feeling muscles I have not felt in years. It is slightly discouraging when you come to realize just how out of shape you are, and I had to stop and start again a few times...but I made it all the way through and did not quit. I'm proud of myself! If anyone gets a chance, definately check out the video and give it a try. Have a great day everyone!
