So I've recently decided to become a vegan. I was vegetarian for about a week before decided to go all the way. I was a vegetarian a few times before but for highly flimsy reasons so I easily went back to eating meat. After much investigation though I have far better reasons now to stay away from all animal products. I'm still getting used to cooking for myself so I've been eating out a lot lately. I used to eat out a lot when I ate meat so I didn't cook much. I figure this should be better though because I HATE cooking meat. The smell makes me want to throw up. Can't eat out too much though. Eating at vegan restaurants is pricey and fattening. I only lost .2 pounds this week. I guess it's better than nothing but I want to lose at least a pound. Haven't been exercising at all either though. Going to start that today.
