Game On

So I have been doing pretty good. I know it hasn't bee that long but we all have to start somewhere and for me its not about starting its about not stopping. So far I haven't. I have been keeping a journal of what I eat throughout the day so that I can track it on here which sometimes I do the next day, but at least it is getting done. I am also keeping up with my exercises and have been doing more than what I originally thought I would do each work out. I get started with "Okay, I am going to do 20 minutes", and then I get into it and keep adding minutes to that since I know I can do it. I don't stop until the end of the DVD, or until I really just can't catch my breath, or until my feet start hurting or something like that. Most of the time something gets in the way of me continuing, such as having to tend to my son, but that usually isn't until I have gone past the 30 minutes I was going to do starting out with. I can't wait to continue down this path and see how it goes. I was a little discouraged yesterday trying to find a pair of pants that fit but I did not quit at that point like I would of before. I am still going strong and can't wait until I have to buy new jeans because the ones that don't fit me now get to big. :)
