Oh well. Just called the doctor for my blood test results. My blood was good she said" but" i have high cholesterol.
Total was 293
Bad 192
HDL 78 That was good
Triglycarides 114 That was good too.
The sad part is I am a vegetarian but I guess not a good one.
I am going to be one now though. I slip up with the pizza and bad carbs. Ice cream too. I guess I am going to try going Vegan. I am going to be plant strong like I know I should have been, I read about it all the time but I need to do it PLUS move my lazy butt more.
I have got to go down 7 pounds. 7 pounds by march 15th.( that's my goal.)
Plus I am going to get off the pills asap. I hate taking any kind of pills. Oh Well!!
Let's keep smiling and onward and upward and all that stuff.

    Good luck with switching up your diet. I'm not a vegetarian, but do love my freggies and beans and pulses, so have occasional meat-free days. I know you can do this. Time to get creative with your food. :-)

    You can do it have small amounts of what you like best and large amounts of what your body needs to 'run on'.
