Week 2 a little harder!

This week has been much harder on me. Its funny how quickly the bad habits can sneak up on you. One night of laziness can lead to not wanting to do anything. I will not allow this to happen again. I always seem to let life get in the way and forget about me.
Time to put myself back on the front burner. I am going to try and use this weekend to recharge and make my fridge/cupboards more organized and healthy. If its in sight and available I will eat it so time to clear out all of the junk food! My poor kids are sure to go through withdrawal but in the end it will be better for all of us.
With this horrible cold weather I have not been out walking. I went to Costco last night and purchased some walking dvds so I am hoping that they will keep me going in this cold weather.

    I'm in the first few weeks of making healthy changes too and believe me I know exactly what you mean about "one night of laziness"! Even though I feel great after I work out, it seems like I always forget about that great feeling the second a give myself a break.
