I am really glad that it is Friday. I really feel that it has been a long week and I am hoping to do some relaxing and have some fun. I want to go to the gym tonight and get some running in. I am hoping to be able to do that. I know that I will get off work early tonight and I am hoping that I can get there. I had this idea when I left for work this morning. I packed my gym bag and then I forgot it as I went out the door. Ahhh...
I will be going to the gym tommorrow for sure. I have to volunteer at the day care there. I will be there anyways and I will have time to work out. I want to do some strength training. I am getting weak.
I havve to get my motivation back and get going again!! I have a race in two weeks!!
